Kristy Burke, Chiropractic Assistant
Kristy Burke brings a joyful spirit and a heart for service to the Impact Chiropractic team. Originally from Commerce, Georgia, Kristy joined the office in 2024 and has quickly become a favorite face at the front desk. With a passion for people and a genuine desire to help others feel their best, she ensures every patient feels seen, heard, and cared for the moment they walk through the door.
Known for her vibrant energy (and occasional off-key singing), Kristy finds joy in the little moments—especially watching chiropractic care create positive change in families. She’s particularly inspired by the transformations she sees in children and the ripple effect that healing has on the entire household.
Outside of the office, Kristy stays aligned through regular adjustments, quality time with her daughter Izabella, and leaning into her faith. Her personal motto, “Let go and let God,” guides both her life and her work.
Whether she’s juggling appointments, sharing a laugh with a patient, or keeping the day running smoothly, Kristy does it all with heart—and a touch of humor.
Adriana Weaver, New Patient Advocate & Chiropractic Technology Specialist | Impact Chiropractic
Adriana Weaver serves as the New Patient Advocate and Chiropractic Technology Specialist at Impact Chiropractic, where she is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every new patient. Originally from East Taghkanic, New York, Adriana holds a bachelor’s degree in education and psychology from Russell Sage College and has earned multiple child welfare certifications through New York State.
Before transitioning into the world of chiropractic, Adriana spent 30 years in the restaurant industry, including 10 years as a construction laborer. These diverse experiences shaped her strong communication skills, deep sense of service, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments. Her passion for helping people found a perfect fit at Impact Chiropractic after hearing Dr. Turner’s message during a patient workshop.
Adriana manages all aspects of the new patient experience, including initial exams, health histories, digital X-rays, and Insight Subluxation Station scans. She ensures each patient’s introduction to chiropractic care is clear, comfortable, and customized to their goals. One of her favorite parts of the job is forming meaningful connections with families and watching patients—especially kids—progress and grow over time.
Outside the office, Adriana enjoys reading, relaxing with her two dogs, and spending time with family and friends. Her personal motto, “Breathe—this too shall pass,” reflects her calm and grounded approach in both life and work.
Alicia Phillips, Patient Care Assistant
Alicia Phillips is a dedicated member of the Impact Chiropractic team, originally from Florence, South Carolina. With a background in mathematics from Coastal Carolina University, Alicia brings both precision and warmth to her role as Patient Care Assistant.
Drawn to Impact Chiropractic by our strong sense of community and patient-centered mission, Alicia was inspired by the genuine connections between team members and the families they serve. Though new to the chiropractic field, she has quickly become a vital part of our front office experience, helping patients—especially children—feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for.
Alicia is passionate about supporting families through their wellness journey and believes deeply in the power of chiropractic to support the entire body and nervous system, not just the spine.
Outside the office, Alicia finds balance through meditation and quality time with her family. She’s also a strong advocate for simple daily habits that support long-term health—like protecting your skin with SPF and moisturizer.
Her calm presence, friendly energy, and commitment to patient care make her an essential part of what makes Impact Chiropractic feel like home.
